1 · Scope
These terms govern furnished short-term stays and holiday accommodation provided by RAE Holdings Ltd.
2 · Booking
A booking exists when we confirm availability and rate in writing and you confirm acceptance. The estimated stay details are stated in the confirmation.
3 · Rates and payment
Rates are per property per night in pounds sterling; the final rate is confirmed in writing before payment. Payment is made by card or by the method stated in the confirmation.
4 · Changes and cancellation
Changes or cancellation (cancellation) should be notified as early as possible; notice periods and any refund (refund) follow the terms stated in your booking confirmation.
5 · Stay conduct
Guests treat the property with care, respect neighbours, and report any breakage. The maximum party size stated at booking must not be exceeded.
6 · Liability
Our liability is limited to direct loss caused by our fault; nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
7 · Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England & Wales.
